糖尿病心肌病发病机制的研究

摘要
糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病主要的心血管并发症之一,是一种与糖尿病特有代谢紊乱有关的独立的特异性心肌病,临床表现为心室舒张功能受损和心功能不全。目前发现,糖脂代谢紊乱、心肌细胞功能改变和结构异常、细胞因子、心脏自主神经功能紊乱等都参与了糖尿病心肌病的发生、发展,现从组织、细胞、分子水平就糖尿病心肌病的发病机制研究现状予以综述。
