摘要
<正>p63基因是一个与组织发育和细胞分化、凋亡相关的重要功能基因,是外胚层、面部和四肢发育的一个关键调节因子。非编码小分子RNA(如mi RNA)是一类非编码的单链小分子RNA,不仅是机体编码RNA的重要调控分子,并且参与生长、分化发育、衰老的调控。近年来研究发现,在某些疾病中p63与mi RNA之间存在一定的调控关系,共同参与疾病的发生、发展。本文就与p63相关mi RNA的研究进展作一综述。
