摘要：

4D CAD是三维CAD模型加上时间维形成的新技术,是CAD技术在工程施工管理领域的新发展。通过对比分析了常见的4D CAD软件,探讨BIM概念与4D CAD技术之间的关系,揭示4D CAD技术的基本功能和应用现状。结合工程实践,分析4D CAD软件的应用方法和效果。最后提出4D CAD技术的发展趋势和方向。
