依赖、信任和承诺对第三方物流整合及其绩效的影响:基于中国的实证研究

摘要：

基于130家物流用户企业的问卷调查数据,本文利用结构方程模型,对第三方物流整合的关系型前置因素及其对企业绩效的影响进行实证分析。研究表明关系承诺促进第三方物流整合,依赖和信任通过提高关系承诺来促进第三方物流整合,而第三方物流整合对企业绩效有显著的促进作用,并且这种促进作用会受到合作关系的历史长度的影响。
