昆虫的快速冷驯化现象及其生态适应意义

摘要
相对于越冬冷驯化来说,快速冷驯化反应是近年来才在昆虫上发现的现象.这种反应可以在几个小时甚至几十分钟内迅速提高昆虫的抗寒能力.快速冷驯化的特征包括诱导条件、冷驯化效应、适合度代价方面的内容;快速冷驯化的生理生化机制包括血淋巴渗透压、多元醇、脯氨酸含量升高,冷诱导蛋白产生,膜脂相变等;此外,快速冷驯化是否具有生态适应意义还有争论.文中从冷伤害类型,昆虫的耐寒策略,快速冷驯化的定义、特征、生理生化机理、生态适应等方面对近十几年的研究进行了总结.
