摘要
本文运用多层次团队理论,对创业团队多层次多维度的团队行为进行了研究,确定了四种多层次的创业团队互动行为,即团队成员交换行为(TMX)、领导成员交换行为(LMX)、变革领导行为(TLB)和魅力领导行为(CLB),并对这四种创业团队互动行为与创业绩效的关系进行了研究。
