米氮平治疗冠心病焦虑抑郁症状疗效观察

摘要：

目的观察米氮平对冠心病合并焦虑抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法符合入选标准并完成随访患者92例,分为对照组和抑郁干预组各46例,两组均予冠心病药物治疗和冠状动脉内支架植入术治疗,抑郁干预组加用米氮平治疗,8周末再次评估两组患者焦虑抑郁状态。结果两组患者临床症状均明显好转(P<0.05);抑郁干预组的焦虑抑郁与临床症状与对照组比较显著改善(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者一旦合并焦虑抑郁,早期进行抗焦虑药物治疗非常有效。
