摘要：

食品风险交流是风险分析框架中重要的组成部分,是联系利益相关方的重要纽带,本文通过对欧盟食品风险交流机制和策略的分析,可以看出欧盟已经形成了以风险评估者(欧洲食品安全局)来主导食品风险交流工作的机制,通过对交流受众的分类,制定不同的风险交流策略,选择不同的风险交流方式,从而达到有效交流的目的,同时欧洲食品安全局还成立了风险交流专家咨询小组、新闻办公室等机构来负责风险交流工作,这些措施都值得我国借鉴。
