摘要：

国际能源体系是国际体系的重要组成部分,长期以来深刻影响着国际体系的稳定。20世纪中期以来国际能源体系从煤炭到石油的转型,形成了当今以石油和天然气为主的国际能源体系。新世纪以来,国际能源供需格局出现了新变化,国际能源发展出现了新趋势,预示着当今的国际能源体系面临再次转型。中国是国际能源体系的重要组成部分,国际能源体系转型对中国有重大影响,中国应该从能源革命的高度,推动能源技术革命和能源消费革命,加快我国经济增长方式和经济结构转型,加快能源结构调整,切实将新能源的发展放在重要和优先发展的战略地位,重点发展新能源技术和产业,抢占新能源发展和第三次工业革命的先机。
