胱抑素C在糖尿病中的应用研究进展

摘要
既往研究表明,胱抑素C抑制半胱氨酸蛋白酶活性,可以反应肾小球受损。新近研究发现,胱抑素C可能受到年龄、性别的影响。它可能预测早期糖尿病的发生,是比肌酐更为敏感的评价肾功能损害的指标。此外还参与炎症过程,与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有关,与冠状动脉、外周动脉病变有良好的相关性,可以预测糖尿病心血管并发症的风险,如预测急性冠状动脉综合征的发生和预后,预测冠状动脉病变的广度及心力衰竭的风险,在糖尿病领域有广泛用途。
