脑外伤并发吞咽障碍的相关因素分析

摘要：

目的研究脑外伤后发生吞咽障碍的相关危险因素。方法 141例脑外伤患者根据Gugging吞咽功能评估,分为吞咽障碍(n=36)和吞咽正常(n=105)两组,比较两组间的相关因素发生率。结果重型脑外伤、脑干损伤、双侧脑损伤、气管切开、留置胃管和认知障碍的发生率吞咽障碍组高于吞咽正常组(P<0.05)。结论重型脑外伤、脑干损伤、双侧脑损伤、气管切开、留置胃管和认知障碍与脑外伤后吞咽障碍的发生有关。
