大学生参与消费者联合抵制的动机研究

大学生作为庞大的消费者群体,参与联合抵制同样存在着个人冲突。基于前人的研究,我们将大学生参与动机分为强化动机和减弱动机,其中,强化动机包括从众动机、诉求动机、施压动机和复杂心态动机。调查表明,大学生参与联合抵制出于多方面考虑,具有复杂的动机,并因性别、学历、年级、专业、政治面貌以及家庭状况的差异而有不同的表现。其中,诉求表达以及施加压力的动机较明显,也不乏从众以及逃避上课等复杂动机,而媒体的引导以及学校老师、消费本身则成为参与联合抵制的减弱动机。
