ApoE基因型多态性与老年性痴呆的相关性

摘要
目的探讨人类ApoE基因型多态性的检测作为对老年性痴呆 (Alzheimer sdisease,AD)患者临床诊断指标的可行性。 方法应用PCR -RFLP等技术对 2 4名AD患者和 2 9名对照者进行ApoE基因型检测并加以剖析。结果AD组中ε4等位基因频率显著高于对照组 ,分别为 2 7.1%与 3 .4% (P <0 .0 1)。在AD组中 ,含有 1个或 2个ε4基因频率与对照组相比 ,也具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论ε4与AD的发病有着一定的相关性 ,ApoE基因型多态性分析可作为AD的一个诊断参考指标。
