摘要：

白藜芦醇是一种存在于葡萄等植物中的非类黄酮多酚化合物, 具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗癌、心血管保护以及神经系统保护等多种生理功效。在心血管疾病中, 白藜芦醇通过抗炎、抗氧化、调节多种因子表达, 参与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭等多种心血管疾病过程, 起到保护心脏功能, 相关临床研究也广泛开展, 白藜芦醇可能是预防和治疗心血管疾病的候选干预方案。
