复发性抑郁症患者血清脑源性神经营养因子和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子水平的研究

摘要
目的探讨复发性抑郁症患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定49例治疗前的复发性抑郁症患者以及36例正常对照者血清BDNF和GDNF水平,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定复发性抑郁症患者的抑郁症状。结果复发性抑郁症患者治疗前血清BDNF和GDNF水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。在复发性抑郁症患者组,血清BDNF水平与HAMD总分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论复发性抑郁症患者可能存在神经营养因子水平低下,这种变化是否为抑郁发作的生物学指标尚不清楚。
