摘要
细胞凋亡是一种自然现象,在多细胞生物的生长、发育和死亡等过程中都存在,其发挥着及时清除机体内受损和(或)多余细胞的作用,以维持组织器官及内环境的稳态。真核细胞主要通过死亡受体介导的外源性凋亡通路、细胞线粒体介导的内源性凋亡通路、穿孔素/颗粒酶介导的细胞凋亡通路及近几年关注的细胞内质网应激介导的凋亡通路等途径发生凋亡。
