支气管动脉内药物灌注治疗肺癌

摘要：

本文报道40例中晚期肺癌患者,经选择性支气管动脉药物灌注治疗146次,有数率为80%,未发生并发症。所有患者均经病理检查证实,其临床分期,Ⅱ期4例,Ⅲ期22例,Ⅳ期14例。结果表明,选择性支气管动脉化疗在肺癌的综合治疗中是一种有效的,安全的疗法。
