趋化因子在高血压发病机制中的研究进展

摘要
研究表明高血压是一种慢性炎症反应性疾病。其中,内皮细胞功能不全及血管壁的炎症反应在高血压病因中起着重要作用。趋化因子是白细胞及某些组织细胞合成并分泌到外周血液的一类低分子量蛋白,包括单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1/CCL2)、干扰素诱导蛋白-10(IP-10/CXCL10)、白介素-8(IL-8/CXCL8)、RANTES(CCL5)及Fractalkine(CX3CL1)。具体表达于白细胞表面相应的受体分别为CCR2、CXCR3、CXCR2、CCR5、CX3CR1。趋化因子在体内外均有强大的诱导白细胞聚集、黏附及游走的功能,与血管壁的炎症反应密切相关,故趋化因子与其相应受体在高血压发病机制中扮演着重要角色。应用影响趋化因子及其受体的药物,抑制血管壁的炎症反应过程,可以有效控制血压,可能成为临床上药物治疗高血压的新靶点。
