摘要：

广泛性焦虑障碍简称广泛焦虑症,是神经精神科的常见病与多发病.GAD发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、生化和心理等方面.多数患者因伴有呼吸、神经、消化、循环及泌尿系统症状而常被漏诊误诊,因此延误了治疗的最佳时机.口服药物是该病的首选治疗方案.本研究简述了GAD的药物治疗现状,目的在于提高临床医师用药的准确性.
