知识获得与创业绩效关系研究——基于跨国创业导向的视角

摘要：

知识是当今组织一种重要的战略性资源.知识的获得有多种途径,跨国知识转移不仅是跨国创业企业获得知识的一种重要方式,更是实现优势跨国转移的一种重要策略.通过对在华119家跨国创业企业调查发现,知识获得直接影响跨国创业企业创业绩效,而且跨国创业导向是知识获得与跨国创业绩效之间的一个重要缓冲变量,即跨国创业导向强化知识获得与跨国创业绩效之间的关系.
