摘要
脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurothrophic factor,BDNF)广泛存在于中枢和外周神经系统,具有神经再生和修复功能。近年来,研究发现BDNF在改善抑郁发生过程中神经可塑性以及抗抑郁药物治疗中发挥重要的作用。综述了BDNF及其受体在抗抑郁症中的作用及其机制研究。
