鹿红颗粒对心力衰竭大鼠血流动力学及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的影响

摘要
目的:评价鹿红颗粒对心肌梗死后心力衰竭(CHF)模型大鼠血流动力学及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分配至模型组、假手术组、雅施达组及鹿红颗粒高、中、低剂量组,结扎左冠状动脉的方法制备心肌梗死后心力衰竭模型。药物干预8周后用电生理仪记录血流动力学变化,包括左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室内压最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax);放射免疫分析法检测AngⅡ及ALD。结果:雅施达、鹿红颗粒高、中剂量均能有效升高LVSP、降低LVEDP、升高+d P/dtmax及-d P/dtmax(P<0.01),且鹿红颗粒高、中剂量组在改善血流动力学指标上优于雅施达组(P<0.01),而高、中剂量组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);雅施达与鹿红颗粒高、中剂量均能有效降低模型大鼠血浆AngⅡ和ALD的水平(P<0.01),而鹿红颗粒高、中剂量略差于雅施达(P<0.01),高、中剂量组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:鹿红颗粒能显著改善心力衰竭大鼠心脏血流动力学参数,降低心力衰竭大鼠血浆AngⅡ和ALD水平,从而改善心功能,延缓CHF病程进展。
