摘要
大电导钙离子依赖的钾通道(BKca通道)广泛表达于多种组织细胞的细胞膜上。它参与了细胞兴奋的电活动、神经递质的释放、激素的分泌,血管、气管、子宫、胃肠道、及膀胱等多种平滑肌组织以及其它很多重要生理活动的调节。在可兴奋细胞上,因其对胞内钙离子浓度以及电压具有高度敏感性,BKca通道通过降低流入胞内的钙离子浓度,使细胞动作电位复极化和超级化,从而降低动作电位的爆发频率,参与负反馈调节,在可兴奋细胞的传导通路上发挥着十分重要的作用。最近越来越多的研究表明,BKca通道可能与疼痛有着十分密切的联系,我们结合相关文献对此做一综述。
