摘要：

缩宫素作为催产、引产的首选药物已经在临床上应用多年。本文简述了缩宫素及缩宫素受体的结构、分布及生理功能,介绍了对缩宫素结构修饰而产生的一系列类似物及其不同的生物活性,并对该类化合物在临床上的应用情况和前景进行了介绍和总结。
