<正>核因子κB(NF-κB)是人体抗感染的第一道防线,NF-κB作为转录因子,调控大量不同基因组的转录。IKKβ是NF-κB重要的上游激酶,NF-κB-IKKβ通路的激活导致细胞因子、趋化因子与其各自受体的产生,参与了免疫调节、炎症、细胞凋亡、细胞增殖和存活、血管生成、癌症发生和转移等[1]。通过研发药物阻断NF-κB-IKKβ通路,可以治疗肿瘤和炎症相关的多种疾病,大量的制药公司和科研机
