摘要
<正>环氧化酶(COX)又称前列腺素(PG)H2合酶、前列腺素内过氧化物合成酶(PTGS),它是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素类物质(PGs)的关键性限速酶。COX有2种异构酶,其中COX-1为结构型,而COX-2为诱导型。COX及其产物参与机体的肿瘤新生、血压调节、炎症反应、凝血平衡等多种生理和病理过程。本文综述COX在机体生理及病理状态下肠道运动过程中的作用。
