摘要：

近年来,基本收入议题日益受到关注。本文从梳理典型国家对基本收入的讨论出发,分析基本收入的概念和类型、优势和局限性及其引进模型。与目前福利国家的社会保障制度不同,基本收入不以个人资产调查、贡献或劳动为条件,旨在满足所有公民的基本需求,被评价为能够最有效应对劳动力市场迅速变化与社会变迁的创新对策。
