中药对溴隐亭致流产大鼠Th2/Th1细胞因子的影响

摘要：

目的 :探讨补肾益气中药对流产大鼠的保胎机理。方法 :将孕鼠随机分为四组 :采用孕 6、7、8天皮下注射溴隐亭 0 .1 2 5 mg/d,诱发 SD大鼠流产模型 ( B组 ) ,模型 +中药组 ( A组 ) ,酒精组 ( C组 ) ,蒸馏水组 ( D组 ) ,孕 1 2天处死观察妊娠结局。另设非孕鼠作对照组 ( E组 ) ,以 RT- PCR方法测蜕膜Th2 /Th1型细胞因子的表达。结果 :A组流产率低于 B组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;C、D两组均妊娠成功。 A组蜕膜 Th1型细胞因子 ( IFN- γ,TNFα)表达低于 B组 ,而 Th2 型细胞因子 ( IL- 4,IL- 1 0 )表达高于 B组( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药可通过对母胎界面 Th2 /Th1型细胞因子平衡的调控维持妊娠。
