摘要：

社会质量概念起源于欧洲,它的提出旨在促进社会政策的改变,推动经济社会协调发展。自社会质量概念传入亚洲以来,亚洲学者进行了很多相关的研究,对欧洲的社会质量理论架构进行了详细的分析。社会质量理论是研究社会发展模式的最新理论之一,国内学者对于社会质量理论进行引介的较多,对于社会质量指标体系进行实证研究的比较少。本文利用实地调查数据,从社会经济保障、社会凝聚、社会包容、社会赋权、社会创新以及社区建设六个方面,对于具有中国特色的社会质量指标体系进行了研究,并利用这个指标体系对深圳市和厦门市的社会质量状况进行了评估。
