摘要：

原发性肝细胞性肝癌(以下简称肝癌),是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一。患者出现症状就诊时一般均属晚期,治疗效果很差。探讨从自然人群中早期发现肝癌可能性的依据,并研究在肿瘤较早阶段的可能有效治疗途径,显然对肝癌的防治实践有重要意义。一般认为甲胎蛋白是肝癌的一个生化标志物,但它在肝癌早期诊断中的生物学依据及临床价值尚待研
