90例恶性肿瘤患者营养评价、营养治疗及生活质量调查研究

摘要：

目的:调查研究常见恶性肿瘤患者的营养评价、营养支持及生活质量现状,为规范肿瘤患者的临床营养支持提供依据。方法:采用自评主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)对我院90例常见恶性肿瘤住院患者进行营养评价,记录患者住院期间的营养支持情况并采用生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.O)评定其生活质量。结果:90例患者中,PG-SGA评分0～1分4例,未行营养支持;2～3分30例,营养支持率10.0%(3/30);4～8分43例,营养支持率32.3%(14/43);≥9分13例,营养支持率53.8%(7/13)。在PG-SGA的不同3项评分中,症状方面分值均数,功能方面分值均数和生活质量分值差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),PG-SGA评分越高,症状方面分值均数越高,功能方面分值均数和生活质量分值越低,其中角色功能、躯体功能、疲倦症状和食欲症状三组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),PG-SGA评分越高,躯体和角色功能越差,疲倦和食欲减退症状越明显。结论:现阶段恶性肿瘤患者的营养支持不足,应重视肿瘤患者的营养支持,是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一。
