家兔急性脑缺血再灌注后脑损害的实验研究

摘要
在20只家兔以闭塞双侧颈总动脉及椎动脉法复制急性脑缺血模型,观察不同时间缺血后再灌注120分钟脑组织损害的特点,并与对照组比较。结果表明:15与30分钟缺血再灌组的EEG抑制可以不同程度的恢复,LDH活性无明显变化,而缺血60分钟再灌组的EEG一直处于严重抑制状态,甚至呈等电线,LDH活性明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.005)。15分钟缺血再灌组大脑皮层超微结构无明显改变;30分钟缺血再灌组可见神经细胞染色质浓缩靠边,线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张;60分钟缺血再灌组则上述变化更加明显,且毛细血管周围有明显积液,表明,兔4根血管闭塞性脑缺血60分钟再灌注120分钟,大脑损害进入不可逆阶段,而缺血30分钟再灌120分钟的脑损害尚属可逆性改变。
