超声引导下热消融治疗甲状腺结节的应用

摘要
超声引导下热消融治疗是一种新的临床微创治疗技术,在国外已经应用于原发性肝癌、大肠癌肝转移、肺肿瘤、肾脏肿瘤、子宫肌瘤、乳腺癌、甲状腺结节及高危占位等的治疗,国内此项技术的研究和开展却相对较少。热消融法主要包括射频消融、微波凝固治疗及激光消融等,射频消融术和激光消融治疗是目前较常用的方法。本研究目的就三种方法在甲状腺结节的临床应用进行综述。
