<正>丹皮酚(Paeonol,Pae)又称牡丹酚,分离自中药牡丹、芍药的干燥根皮和徐长卿的根或全草,是一种具有广泛生物活性的物质。其化学名称为2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酮,分子式为C9H10O3,相对分子质量为166.18。丹皮酚药理活性广泛,且具有半衰期短、不良反应少等优势,具有广泛的应用前景。本文对其药理学最新进展作一综述。
