<正>2型糖尿病的发生具有增龄效应,年龄因素是影响糖尿病发展的重要因素之一。目前人口老龄化程度日益严重,预计至2050年全球老年人口比例将从现在的15%上升至25%。老年糖尿病患病率的持续增加使之成为糖尿病防治的重要组成部分。
