摘要：

<正> 随着纤维光学仪器的发展,医用内窥镜的应用已日趋广泛。腹腔镜不仅可以用来观察盆腔器官的变化及明确诊断,还可以用来进行某些手术操作,腹腔镜已成为妇科临床的得力器械。我院自1979年2月至1980年5月,共作腹腔镜检查230例(简称镜检),其中用于诊断130例,用于输卵管绝育100例,现将诊断部分报告如下
