老年心力衰竭合并抑郁症中西药抗抑郁治疗研究

摘要：

目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸氟西汀治疗老年心力衰竭伴抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法入选患者随机分为三组:疏肝解郁胶囊组使用疏肝解郁胶囊口服治疗。盐酸氟西汀组使用盐酸氟西汀胶囊口服治疗。联合治疗组使用疏肝解郁胶囊口服加盐酸氟西汀胶囊口服治疗。疗程12周。治疗前后行HAMD及PSQI量表检测。结果与治疗前相比较,治疗后三组对象的HAMD及PSQI均较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。盐酸氟西汀组HAMD评分改善较疏肝解郁胶囊组明显(P<0.05),而联合治疗组HAMD评分明显低于另两组(P<0.05);疏肝解郁胶囊组及联合治疗组PSQI评分均低于盐酸氟西汀组(P<0.01)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸氟西汀治疗老年心力衰竭伴抑郁症患者,可有效改善抑郁程度及睡眠质量。
