摘要：

目的探讨中国湖南汉族人群IL-6-634C/G基因多态性与脑梗死的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)方法对中国湖南汉族314例脑梗死患者和326例与之年龄、性别等相匹配的健康体检者进行IL-6-634C/G基因多态分析,并经基因测序证实。结果在中国湖南汉族人群中,IL-6-634C/G存在GG、CG、CC3种基因型;3种基因型和等位基因频率在脑梗死组和对照组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6-634C/G基因多态性可能不是湖南汉族人群脑梗死的遗传易感基因。
