摘要：

YKL-40蛋白在肿瘤患者癌组织及外周血中高表达,参与了肿瘤细胞增殖、浸润、转移及其相关间质重塑的过程。YKL-40蛋白表达水平的增高与患者生存期缩短、治疗反应差等密切相关。因此,YKL-40蛋白可作为肿瘤诊断、病情评估及预后判断的生物标志物,并可能成为未来肿瘤治疗的新靶点。
