重视慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的社区康复治疗

摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种气流持续受限性疾病, 常以呼吸困难, 运动受限为主要临床表现。肺康复治疗已被证实能明显改善COPD的临床表现, 提高生存质量。以社区为基础开展COPD患者的肺康复治疗可以减缓患者肺功能下降速率、降低患者住院率、减少家庭和社会经济负担。
