中国老年人的健康行为与口腔健康

摘要
老年人的口腔健康是老龄化社会中的重要健康问题。文章使用2011年"中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查"(简称CLHLS调查)数据,以老年人牙齿缺失数量代表口腔健康,应用多变量统计分析方法,揭示中国老年群体的口腔健康与社会经济、健康行为、健康状况三组因素之间的关系,并特别关注健康行为的作用。研究发现,老年人口腔健康问题较为严重,而失牙程度与人口特征和健康行为高度相关。对于男女两性和不同经济社会地位的老年人来说,年龄是失牙的最重要影响因素,良好的口腔卫生习惯和少吃糖则是预防失牙的重要保护因素。研究结果提示,改变卫生习惯和饮食习惯在促进口腔健康中的作用十分重要。
