E-cadherin和LI-cadherin在早、中期胃癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘要：

目的探讨胃癌组织中E-cadherin和LI-cadherin表达特点及其与胃癌临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测215例胃癌和60例非癌组织中的E-cadherin和LI-cadherin的表达水平,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果E-cadherin和LI-cadherin在胃癌中异常表达率分别为53.0%和80.5%,且两者在胃癌前病变中也存在异常表达。E-cadherin和LI-cadherin在胃癌中的表达存在正相关(Kappa=0.21,P<0.01),与胃癌的组织分化程度(P<0.001)、Lauren分型(P<0.001)及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。E-cadherin正常表达具有显著的生存优势(P=0.018),是预测胃癌预后的独立因素。结论E-cadherin和LI-cadherin的异常表达广泛存在于胃癌及胃癌前病变中,E-cadherin表达减少和LI-cadherin表达增加与胃癌的分化和淋巴结转移有关。E-cadherin异常表达可能是对胃癌生存期具有预测价值的重要指标。
