欧盟2016年研究基础设施路线图的组织管理及启示

摘要：

为了解欧盟组织管理大型研究基础设施的做法和经验,分析了2016年欧盟研究基础设施路线图的制定程序、遴选标准和全生命周期管理,介绍了2016年路线图中的一般性项目和标志性项目,最后提出了对我国的启示,具体包括:成立专门的重大科技基础设施管理机构,对重大科技基础设施的进展进行跟踪和评估,开展全生命周期管理。
