<正>进入ICU病房的患者中约有20%～30%会发生急性肾损伤(AKI),而后者与这些患者的死亡率显著相关,而且AKI患者发展到需要接受替代治疗(RRT),其死亡率常超过50%。RRT仍然是治疗AKI的基石,现有的用于治疗AKI的RRT方式主要有间歇性血液透析(intermittent hemodialysis,IHD)、连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacementtherapy,CRRT)以及杂合式肾脏替代治疗(hybrid renal replacementtherapy,HRRT)等。本文就AKI的血液净化治疗做一综述。1间歇性血液透析IHD自20世纪60年代广泛应用于临床,而且是多年以来ICU病房治疗A●患者的唯一方式。血液透析主要基于弥散原理,溶质依靠血液和透析液之间的浓度梯度通过透析
