摘要
建立从红枣分离纯化cAMP的工艺路线,以及用反向高效液相色谱法测定其含量的可行性方法.采用离子交换层析法,从红枣中提取了cAMP,并用硅胶柱层析技术进行纯化,反向高效液相色谱法测定其含量.在其提取纯化过程中,首次用国产的离子交换树脂替代进口树脂,并用硅胶柱层析技术替代了硅胶薄层色谱技术.通过此工艺路线获得了纯度为98.43%的样品.
