摘要：

膝关节置换术可有效缓解膝关节骨性关节炎患者膝关节疼痛,矫正畸形,并改善其功能状态。客观有效地评估术前、术后膝关节的功能状态,评价手术效果,指导术后康复锻炼,一直是外科医师关注的焦点。通过查阅国内外相关文献,阐述了膝关节置换术功能评分方法在提出之初所要考虑的基本条件、所要满足的基本要求,对几种目前常用的膝关节功能评分方法的内容、各自的优缺点以及最新的几种功能评分方法进行综述。
