摘要
粘着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase , FAK) 是蛋白酪氨酸激酶,属于非受体蛋白酪氨酸激酶,分布在细胞粘着斑部位。FAK 位于神经肽、整合素和癌基因作用的聚合点,可发生酪氨酸磷酸化。它参与调节细胞发育、生长、存活、凋亡、粘附、骨架重组、转化、扩散和迁延等过程。
