<正>颈椎前路手术因其术后较低的并发症发生率和病死率,一直被用来治疗各种颈椎疾病,如退行性变、创伤、肿瘤、炎症(类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等)、先天畸形、颈椎血管疾病和感染性病变(化脓性脊柱炎、脊柱结核等),在治疗各种颈椎疾病时也被认为是安全有效的[1～4]。但随着前路手术病例和临床随访资料的增加,手术相关并发症如食道瘘、脑脊液漏、神经功能恶化、邻近节段退变、声音嘶哑、吞咽困难、植骨不融合、内固定松动等[5、6],逐渐引
