摘要
<正>骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种进行性关节退变疾病,不仅损害关节软骨,亦对关节周围肌肉、肌腱、韧带、滑囊等软组织产生不利影响,最终导致关节软骨结构和功能完整性的破坏[1]。美国最新的一项258,237人的大样本研究报告指出,全美约有14%的成人患有骨性关节炎并因此严重影响其生存质量,且用于治疗相关花费人均高达18,435美元,其支出为同等情况下非骨性关节炎患者两倍之多[2]。据我国调查,60岁以上人群中OA的患病率可达50%,75岁以上的人群中则达80%,致残率可高达53%,已经成为影响中老年人生存质量的主要问题[3]。应力负荷长期以来被认为是骨骼肌肉组织的调节器,很有可能是关节软骨自稳态最重要的单
