偏瘫患者下肢肌力与站立功能的相关性研究

摘要：

对30例偏瘫患者的站立功能及双下肢的7组肌群的肌力,进行了评定和分析,结果表明:最终评定的站立功能与最初评定的瘫痪侧下肢肌力及非瘫痪侧下肢肌力之间有显著的相关性;年龄、性别、瘫痪侧别及病程时间与站立功能之间无显著相关性.提示对偏瘫患者进行增强下肢肌力训练或进行下肢肌力不足的代偿处理,均有助于改善站立功能.
